The Chef - Artur Szymański is a participant and award winner of culinary contests, completed an internship with Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, worked and gained experience in prestigious three and five-star restaurants and hotels. He was the first in Poland to receive recommendation of Slow Food organisation. Artur prepared a menu that is based on natural products, traditional Polish cuisine and modern cuisine.
